Whether you are a listener with a playback problem, an author with a question about publishing or payouts, or an advertiser, you can reach a real person here. Vox9 is a small team, so your message goes to someone who can actually act on it.

Before you write

A few things solve most of what reaches us:

• Audio will not play or keeps stopping. Long episodes need a steady connection. Try again on Wi-Fi, and if it persists tell us the episode and your device.
• I paid but still see a preview. Sign out and back in once. If it is still limited after that, send us the email address you paid with and we will fix it.
• I want to remove my account. You can do this yourself at any time from Delete my account. It is permanent.
• I want to stop the emails. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately.
