• Captions - Auto-generated VTT subtitle files
• Metadata - Episode titles, descriptions, genres, and settings

1.3 Usage Information

We automatically collect:

• IP address - For security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and analytics. IP addresses in Google Analytics are anonymized. Server logs containing IP addresses are retained for up to 90 days.
• Browser/device information - For compatibility, debugging, and analytics
• Access timestamps - When you use the platform
• Listening activity - Episode plays and engagement (for author analytics)
• Actions taken - Follows, subscriptions, comments, likes
• Referral information - How you arrived at our site

1.4 Payment Information

For subscription payments:

• Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe
• We never store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data
• We receive only: last 4 digits of card, card brand, billing address, and transaction status
• Stripe Customer ID is stored to manage your subscriptions

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide our service - Create accounts, generate audio, host content
• Process payments - Handle subscriptions and author payouts

4.1 Active Accounts

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Your content remains on our platform until you delete it.

4.2 Account Deletion

When you delete your account:

• Your profile and personal information are deleted within 30 days
• Your episodes and audio files are deleted immediately
• Comments and likes you made may be anonymized rather than deleted
• We may retain certain data as required by law (e.g., transaction records)

4.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be flagged for deletion. We will notify you by email before taking any action.

5. Your Rights

5.1 Right to Access

5.2 Right to Rectification

You can update your account information at any time through your profile settings.

5.3 Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
