Vox9 Studios respects your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account
and all associated data directly within the app, or request data deletion by contacting us.
Delete Your Account
How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your account from within the Vox9 app at any time:

Log in to your Vox9 account at vox9.io

Go to your Profile Settings (click your avatar, then "Edit Profile")

Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page

Click "Delete My Account" and follow the confirmation prompts
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and immediately removed:
- Your profile information (display name, bio, avatar, username)
- Your email address and authentication credentials
- All episodes and audio files you created
- All playlists and series
- All cover art and media stored on our servers (AWS S3)
- Your comments and likes
- Your follower and subscriber relationships
- Your playback history and episode progress
- Any active Stripe subscriptions (automatically cancelled)
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Data Retained After Deletion
The following data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion:
- Payment transaction records — retained for up to 7 years as required by UK tax and financial regulations
- Moderation logs — if your account was subject to moderation action, records may be kept for platform safety purposes
- Anonymised analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable usage data (e.g. total page views) is not deleted
Request Data Deletion Without Deleting Your Account
If you would like specific data removed without deleting your entire account (for example,
removing individual episodes, comments, or playback history), you can:
- Delete individual episodes from your Creator Dashboard
- Delete individual comments from the episode page
- Contact us to request removal of specific data
