Promote your work to Vox9 listeners. Paid from your ad credit.
New to this? Here's how each ad type works, paid from your ad credit. We review every ad before it goes live (it shows as Pending until approved).
A display card is an image + link shown as a card in the Vox9 browse hub. $5 per week.
The hub shows up to 3 cards at a time, and they rotate: your card takes turns appearing for a share of the audience. The more advertisers running at once, the smaller each share, so it's shared exposure, not a permanent fixed spot. Cards appear on the website and in the mobile app. (Exclusive, guaranteed-placement weeks are planned for later.)
Clicks, unique clickers, and a web vs app split. If your card links to a Vox9 page (your author page or a series), you'll also see how many signed-in listeners followed or subscribed to you after clicking.
Link your card to your Vox9 author or series page (not an off-site link), that unlocks the follow/subscribe tracking, and use a clear square image with a short, punchy name.
A pre-roll audio ad is a short audio clip (up to ~15 seconds) that plays before an episode. $0.01 per completed play. You can add an image that shows while it plays.
You choose how many plays to buy (e.g. 500) and how many days to spread them over. We pace delivery evenly across that window, so your plays are spread across the day(s) rather than used up all at once. Your ad is served ahead of our own house ads.
Plays delivered (vs your target), completion rate (how many listened to the end), clicks and CTR, a web vs app split, and a day-by-day breakdown.
Keep the audio short and lead with the hook in the first few seconds. Point the link at your author or newest series page.
